I love food, especially dishes I’ve never tried and I love coconut anything. People either love it our hate it..my husband hates it, but then he doesn’t like raisons either. I say good! That means more for me!
I understand. At home its the same. my hubster is not very fond of coconut.
I evenven brush my teeth with it. I mix coconut oil and baking soda. CO is very good for your gums and teeth. Its salty because of the bs but you could add a little Stevia for sweetness andnot add sugar. I also like to fry our scramble eggs with it instead of oil of butter. And I use it as a lotion on my skin and face especially in the winter when my skin is dry. No added chemicals.
Very nice. At my home town they use only coconut oil. I mean for everything and they manufacture it. But since I grew up in city we used a lot of refined oil
