A Flight Post

Like someone said, it’s not the destination but the journey which becomes a memory and to me changes my view towards life making me more responsible.

How does that work? For me, the little good things that I observe and be able to apply to my life. In literal corporate terms, “Best Practice Implementation”.

Airport these days, are quite accessible to the larger crowd as against the past decade. Thanks to the ever growing demand, cost effective transportation due to cut throat competition. So, on my trip to next destination, I am all eyes and ears to what’s going around. And, not being a shopoholic gives me a little edge to peek through colors occasionally, be it accessories, books or food at display. Yeah, I did eye a couple of souvenirs and a shades 🤩

Good weather, pleasant day and a cup of tea to a start another adventure.

Well, this post that was intended to be published was delayed. That does not stop me from writing after a gap.

Love as always!

2020 gift to self – Happy New Year

We all like to gift the best to oneself……I sometime do that by eating my favorite ice cream, cooking a favorite dish for my son…yes we feel gifted doing for people we love the most…some times reading one page from a favorite book, a veces putting my leg out of the balcony with my little one and sipping tea while the rain sprinkles our feet…..aaahhh…small moments matters.

A couple of invitations from family and friends for the new year’s Eve kept me thinking where to head….finally decided with family……..too much pressure 😃

Yet, the strong Aries quality in me made sure to do my solo ride to welcome 2020 in style…..After the late night dinner, I as usual was ready by 6 and headed off to Shoolagiri dam.

The weather was at it’s best and Sun decided to be a bit lazy in showing up as clouds over powered them….so the chill in air was fresh making it a good ride……

Completely unexpected was a bit of off roading for about 5 kilometers….not a good one for car travel…….I went slow to the unknown roads between a couple of villages.,…..

Almost close to the dam, I met a couple on Dominar………we talked, did some photos, I breathed fresh air….ahhh my bike as well cleaned itself with the freshness in air……I loved the gift to self…….185 kilometers to begin…

Happy New Year folks….so what gift did you give your self…..???

Nearly a feast at Khandwa, Indore

It’s year since my invitation to Khandwa was pending from a dear friend of mine. And then a call unexpectedly help planned my tour in just about a days time. Lots of talking, family time, kiddo time, local market visits and a must temple visit happened.

The best moments were indeed ones that satisfied my tummy. Few mouth watering items include those that were familiar and few those were introduced for the first time.

What an experience!!!!

The best Deal Kachori I had.

Sabudhana Kichidi….

Home made Paneer curry (soft and delicious), Stuffed capsicum, Dal, Jeera rice and Roti.

Gulkand and Kiwi Sharbhat

Ice dish

Mango Lassi

Doodh Jalebi

Poha for breakfast

Club Cheese Sandwich

Genie Dosa

Pani Puri (Indore wali)

Aloo Patties

Butte ka Kiss

Dahi Bade

Dry fruit Rabdi
